The Norwescon hotel liaison wants to let you know that we still have all types of suites available to book for Norwescon 45.
We’d like your input as we plan our COVID protocols for NWC45, our book club’s selections for December and January, open volunteer positions, and room and suite reservation information from our hotel liaison.
We are now accepting suite reservation requests! If you’d like to host a party at Norwescon, please review this year’s guidelines as posted on our Hotels page, including updated guidance for Covid safety protocols, before submitting your request.
Now that you’ve had a couple weeks to rest and recover from Norwescon 42, ready to start thinking about Norwescon 43? We sure are!
Did you know this year Norwescon will be having a raffle to raise money for future programs? We are excited to announce that our Special Guest Nancy Pearl has offered up a personalized reading list as one of the prizes!

Rooms for Norwescon 42 are filling up fast. Don’t delay, make your reservation today! If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so by February 2, 2019, to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
Now that Norwescon 41 is over, you’ve been asking when registration and hotel reservations will be available for Norwescon 42. The short answer is soon… but not yet!
A quick update on booking hotel rooms at our host hotel: Standard rooms are booked, but Tower rooms and suites are still available!

Reservations for Norwescon 41 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport are now open!
If you need to cancel your room at the DoubleTree hotel, the deposit is no longer refundable. We recommend that rather than simply canceling and losing the deposit, you try to reassign your room to another person by transferring the reservation.

Now that we’ve gotten our first ConCom meeting out of the way and our second meeting coming up fast (on Oct. 15th…see you there!), pieces are already starting to fall into place, and some deadlines are already fast approaching! Here’s a few that you may want to be aware of…

With only 345 days to go before Norwescon 39 (but who’s counting, right?), hotel reservations at our host hotel, the DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport, are now open!
Suite requests have been answered, some suite rooms are still available, and our main hotel block is at 70% full!
