Sunday Non-Profit Fair
As the theme for the 2013 convention is ‘Save the World,’ this year’s Sunday Event will be a Non-Profit Fair for organizations dedicated to making the world a better place. We would like to invite organizations with a tie to our community to participate.

Overflow Hotels for Norwescon 36
As of November 29, 2012, the Norwescon room block at the DoubleTree is _sold out_. But don’t fret! Other fine hotels in the area have been kind enough to make special arrangements for Norwescon attendees.
Upcoming Hotel Cutoff Dates
December 27th is the last day you can cancel your reservation and get your deposit back. All deposits are _nonrefundable_ if cancelled after December 27th. February 24th, 2013 is the last day you can make a modification to your existing reservation (changing your arrival or departure dates) without incurring a penalty.

Norwescon, Sakura-Con, and Easter Weekend
We’re often asked why Norwescon and Sakura-Con are both scheduled for Easter weekend each year. Both are big geek-friendly events, and while there’s a slightly different focus, there are many who would prefer to attend both, rather than having to either split time between the two or choose one over the other.
