Hall costumes are costumes worn just for fun while attending the convention. They vary greatly from costumes bought off the rack to incredibly detailed recreations of characters, and anything in between. All levels of skill and creativity are welcome when it comes to hall costumes!
This type of costuming is a large part of the convention atmosphere. It’s always fun to see what costumes people come up with to decorate the halls. You can see a large selection of hall costumes from previous Norwescon years with the “cosplay” tag in our Flickr photo archives.
If you’re interested in having pictures of your costumes shared at the masquerade half time or on this page, please email events@norwescon.org.
Please tag pictures of your hall costume during the convention with #nwc43 to share them with us and your fellow attendees. We’ll be watching Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook for your photos.
