Norwescon Gaming

Welcome to Norwescon Scheduled Gaming!

The final Norwescon 39 Gaming Schedule is now live! Any further modifications or additions will be made when sign ups start at the convention at 2 p.m. Thursday in Maxi’s Ballroom. The only way to contact Gaming during the convention is through the gaming front desk in Maxi’s—the gaming email alias and web contact forms will not be checked during the convention. Please let the desk staff know if you need anything. Gaming has three ADA accessible tables, so just ask if you need assistance!

Please read our Code of Conduct below.

Your belongings may be left in Maxi’s throughout the convention at your own risk.

If you would like a staff position with gaming we are still recruiting staffers. Email gaming@norwescon.org and we can get you set up.

Gaming Code of Conduct

We follow Wheaton’s Law: “Don’t be a dick.”

All Norwescon policies and procedures apply, including the harassment policy, weapons policy, accessibility policy, and photography guidelines. Copies of these are available on the Norwescon website, in the pocket program, and in Guidebook. Please take particular note of the beginning of our harassment policy: “Norwescon strives to provide a safe and welcoming space for persons of all descriptions. Everyone should be able to have a great time, in their own way, at the convention—but not at the expense of others. As a community, we insist on behavior that respects the autonomy of each individual member.”

The three accessible games tables in Maxi’s Ballroom may be used for walk-up games, however, if you use these tables you may be asked to move to make space for members with accessibility needs. DMs may also be asked to move their game to an accessible table. Thank you for your cooperation.

Please clean up after yourself and practice good hygiene. Our gaming staff is made of volunteers. Please treat them with respect and follow their instructions. Those who do not follow these guidelines may be asked to leave and not return.
