Dr. Owl

Dr. Owl has been performing for many moons. First magic, then music, then balloon twisting, then stage acting, and later he became a mad science. Sometimes he is a jester, other times he’s playing a role on stage or doing walk around characters. He is the producer, director, & M.C. of a traveling variety show called Dr. Owl’s Medicine Show. His favorite thing to do is make balloon animals. However, anything that makes people smile, is fair game. Dr. Owl can be found at owljester.com

Celt Check

Celtic group providing ‘full frontal harmonies’. Regular performers at the Seattle Scottish Highland Games. We’ve done weddings, parties, taverns and pubs, fairs and more. Sweet and gentle to rolickin’ and raucous, Celt Check! does it all!

Lady Heather

Lady Heather is a classically trained singer who studied voice in Glasgow, Scotland and as she explains: “I sing Italian at people.” Now the former student is a teacher of voice lessons. Along with opera, she also likes to sing just about any genre of music and may just take requests during her show. She also likes to muse on the comical side of her experiences.

Megathruster

MEGATHRUSTER is two geeks from Oregon, armed with acoustic guitars to bring their special blend of funny nerd rock to the masses. Described as “Tenacious D meets Jonathan Colton”, the duo have taken their funny and energetic stage show to pop-culture conventions such as ECCC and RCCC as well as events such as FumpFest in Chicago and Gencon in Indianapolis. Their debut album, “20 Sided Vice” earned them a Logan Award nomination for Best Comedy Song for their hit, “It’s Rough to Be a Hufflepuff”.

LEX the Lexicon Artist

LEX the Lexicon Artist is Taiwanese-American rapper and egomaniac Alex Sun Liu. Plagued with self-repression, neurotic ambition, and delusions of grandeur, Alex created LEX in 2016 to shield polite society from her most socially unacceptable attributes, by redirecting them onto the stage instead.

With a comically narcissistic persona and a domineering stage presence, LEX delivers surgically precise rapid-fire raps about things she likes, things she’s done, and things everyone else is too afraid to say. LEX is ugly and real, and speaks to the minds of misfits everywhere. A larger-than-life portrait and complete self-expression of one 5′4″ Asian nerd, LEX is the freshest new rapper you’ll hear – “not in spite of being a nerd, but because of it.”

Aaron Shay

An acoustic singer-songwriter from Seattle, WA, Aaron J. Shay blends an old-world folk sound with a modern lyrical style and an affinity for science, technology, and fiction. His performances are highly interactive experiences, featuring many sing-alongs and stomp-alongs, all punctuated by his funny and heartfelt musings on relationships, creativity, magic, and the future of humanity.

Shubzilla

Shubzilla and Bill Beats began working together in 2011. Originally rivals in past Vocalist/Producer challenges, Shubz and Bill chose to join forces to work together regularly. Starting off with the single “Wonderful World” for “Bill Beats For President Vol.1,” the EPs “Dinner And A Movie” and “BOOMERS” have been the exceptional products of their collaboration. They have Emerald City Comic-Con, MAGfest 2018, The Day Jobs Mini-Tour: West Coast Edition under their belts, along with performances at Norwescon, the PAXWest Nerdcore Showcase, and many others. With Shubzilla’s frank and aggressive lyrics and Bill Beats’ penchant for samples and bass-heavy compositions, they do not disappoint.

Leannan Sidhe

Leannan Sidhe is a fey musician with wandering feet, a shimmering soprano voice, and who writes music that tends to the bittersweet. She performs mostly in the Pacific Northwest, but will happily travel further abroad if the opportunity is provided.

Betsy Tinney

Betsy Tinney is a cello storyteller. Using her cello and an electronic looper, she weaves rich, complex and varied tapestries of sound; her original cello compositions paint pictures and tell tales, from thunderstorms and skeletal mice to dancing elephants and humpback whales.

Vixy & Tony

Vixy and Tony

Vixy & Tony’s lighthearted folk/rock musical style combines with science fiction and fantasy lyrics to tell engaging and beautiful stories. Their energetic performances can be enjoyed by both sci-fi fans and mainstream music fans alike, earning them the Best Performer Pegasus Award in 2008. Michelle “Vixy” Dockrey and Tony Fabris have joined forces with cellist Betsy Tinney and violinist Sunnie Larsen to form a “four-person duo” with a lush, amazing sound.
