Hotel Information
The Doubletree hotel room block is sold out.
The Doubletree Hotel Seatac has no more rooms at the Norwescon rate. Norwescon contracted for 1450 rooms for Norwescon 31. We worked with the Doubletree Hotel staff to increase the room block several times because convention members quickly exceeded the room block. By the beginning of the year Norwescon members had reserved 1895 room nights.
We have negotiated a Norwescon rate at the Doubletree's sister hotel, The Hilton Seattle Airport & Convention Center. The convention rate is $125.00 per night. Call 206-244-4800 for reservations.

Parking
The Doubletree SeaTac Airport Hotel has 836 parking spaces! Although this is a remarkable parking space per guest room ratio, parking at the hotel is very, very limited.
- Convention members staying in a hotel guest room receive complimentary parking for 1 vehicle per guest room.
- Additional cars and other vehicles may park on a space available basis for $8.00 per day/per space.
- Vehicles parked in fire lanes, delivery lanes, or blocking throughways will be towed at the owner's expense.
- To provide as many parking spaces as possible, park & fly is suspended for the weekend and the hotel staff will park off site. We encourage you to seek alternatives to bringing your vehicle to the hotel. We're fortunate to be so near the airport where many parking facilities are available; many facilities offer special weekend rates.
The Doubletree parking vendor has relationships with area parking lots. The staff at the parking kiosks will provide a list to other affiliated lots if the Doubletree lot is full when you arrive. Shuttle service may be available from other Doubletree / Hilton properties; check back for more information.
