Norwescon is always looking for volunteers, and our monthly Convention Committee planning meetings are a great way to get involved! Come pull back the curtain, meet the masterminds behind the event, and find out where your particular talents can be put to use!

  • 12:00 p.m.–12:30 p.m.: Introductions and Announcements.
  • 12:30 p.m.–2:30 p.m.: Department breakouts.
  • 2:30 p.m.–4:00 p.m.: Report backs.

There is parking around all the buildings. Please enter through the front lobby of the Rainier building, all other entrances require employee badges. Visitor WiFi is available.

All attendees will need a visitor’s pass, which can be picked up at the front desk of the building. If you will be attending and have already been hired into a position, please let your Exec know at least a week before the meeting so they can provide your name to the front desk ahead of time. If you won’t sure you will be able to attend, have not yet been hired, and/or do not know your Exec, the front desk will get you your visitor’s pass when you arrive.
