March ConCom Meeting

The next Convention Committee (ConCom) Meeting is Saturday, March 12th.

Hilton Seattle Airport

The times are:
10 a.m. – 12 p.m. Exec Team Meeting
ConCom Meeting:
1 p.m. Welcome and announcements
1:15 p.m. Break-out Sessions
2:15 p.m. Break
2:30 p.m. General ConCom Meeting
5:30 p.m. approximate meeting conclusion (note later time – nominations* and getting closer to the con)
The after meeting social will be announced at the meeting.
*Remember, this meeting will be your first chance to nominate candidates for the offices of Chairman and Vice-Chairman and for the 2 slots on the GoH Selection Committee. Information on the responsibilities and qualifications for these offices will be available at the meeting.
