Bring your Onions and Roses (for any department, not just your own - Post-it notes will be available). We'll also be having a candidate question and answer session, so bring your questions

PLEASE NOTE: We will be taking ballots for the Elections during the meeting as well as at the Post-Meeting Social, with the voting closing at 8:00 PM.

DIRECTIONS TO THE MEETING:
From North or Southbound I-5, take Exit #152 "S. 188th Street/Orillia Road".
Head toward Pacific Highway South (westbound).
The Hotel will be on your right approximately 1 mile from the freeway (at the corner of Pac. Hwy. S. and S. 188th St.
There is parking in the front and back (NOTE there is a discounted charge of $4.00 for parking).
Look on the activities boards inside the hotel for the meeting room location.

Take the elevator to Maxi's.

NOTE: We invite interested folks not on the Convention Committee to attend our meeting and watch the process in action. Bring your comments, both "Roses" and "Onions"! (Be aware, though, the response to any "Onion" will be to ask if you'll volunteer to help fix it.)
