Dealers’ Room

The Norwescon Dealers’ Room is always packed full of merchants offering the finest in sci-fi and fantasy related goods.

What we’re looking for:

Vendors who produce and/or sell products and services that are of science fiction, fantasy, or fannish interest.
Vendors who conduct their business with the convention in a pleasant and professional manner.

The Norwescon Dealers’ Room is a juried space.

NOTE: The application deadline for Norwescon 47 (2025) has passed. Any applications submitted after November 23 will automatically be added to our waitlist.

NWC47 Dealers' Room Application

Thank you for your interest in being part of the Dealers' Room/Writers' Row at Norwescon 47.

The Dealers' Room/Writers' Row at Norwescon is juried, and Norwescon reserves the right to select dealers that we feel will be a good fit for the room. Items offered for sale should fit within the science fiction or fantasy genres. Norwescon also reserves the right to prohibit the sale of certain items in the Dealers' Room, including but not limited to pirated material.

This year's rates for Dealer Room tables are as follows:

Standard Table Space (approx. 6′x6′ – includes one 6′×30″ table and two chairs): $170
Island Table Space (approx. 6′×9′ – includes one 6′×30″ table and two chairs): $185
Corner Island Table Space (approx. 6′×9′ – includes one 6′×30″ table and two chairs): $210

We have made changes to Writers' Row for Norwescon 47. These tables have been moved from the hallway immediately adjacent to the Dealer Room to the main lobby area next to Registration. We feel this change will have a positive impact on the visibility of Writers' Row. This change has resulted in a smaller number of available tables and we have adjusted the options and prices as follows:

Writers' Row Full Table Space (approx.. 6′×4′ – includes one 6′×18″ table and two chairs – available to authors and vanity press only): $80
Writers' Row Half Table Space (approx.. 3′×4′ – this option is HALF of a 6′×18″ table and one chair – available to authors and vanity press only): $40

Writers' Row applicants are limited to 1 (one) table; Dealers' Room applicants may request a maximum of 2 (two) tables. Each table includes 1 (one) full access convention membership. Additional full access convention memberships may be purchased for the discounted price of $60.00 each. A maximum of 2 (two) additional memberships may be purchased for each table. (e.g. - If you have requested two tables you may purchase up to 4 (four) additional memberships at the discounted rate.)

The deadline for Dealer applications is 5:00 PM, November 22nd. It is our intention to notify all dealers of the status of their application by December 20th, 2024. If you have been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email followed by an invoice for payment in January. Subletting of table space is PROHIBITED.

All dealers are required to have a valid Washington State business license.

The dealer assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arriving out of injury or damage to the dealer's displays, equipment, and other property brought onto the premises of the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport and shall indemnify and hold harmless the DoubleTree, its agents, services, and employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims. The dealer shall also indemnify and hold harmless Norwescon, its agents, services, and volunteers from any and all such losses, damages, and claims.
