The Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport

Reservations for Norwescon 48 are now open!

The DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport has agreed to provide Norwescon members in the Norwescon room block with a flat guest room rate of $167 per night for up to four people.

The easiest and fastest way to reserve your room at the Norwescon rate of $167 a night is via this link.

Mobile users: If you are having difficulty picking your dates, please see this note for assistance.

  • Please double-check the dates on your reservation! Remember, Norwescon 48 will be Thursday, April 2 through Sunday, April 5, 2026. You may also reserve your room at the Norwescon rate by calling the hotel directly at 1-206-246-8600 (be sure to give them the “NOR” group code), or through the main hotel website (you must enter the code “NOR” in the “Group Code” field under the “Add Special Rate Codes” link, otherwise no rooms will be shown as available).
  • ARRIVING EARLY – STAYING AFTERWARDS? If you need additional nights (arriving early or staying late) please make your reservation and receive a confirmation number. You can then contact the hotel (206-246-8600) to see if additional nights are available at the group rate.
  • GUESTROOM UPGRADES: The group rate is offered for standard guestrooms with either one king bed or two queen beds. If you request a guestroom in the tower (noted as “deluxe”, “mountain view”, or “corner room with balcony”), the hotel will do its best to provide this, but does not guarantee availability.
  • GUESTROOM DEPOSIT: You will be charged one night’s room and tax within 90 days of booking your room. If you do not see this charge within 90 business days, please contact the hotel directly. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so by January 26, 2026, to avoid forfeiting your deposit.
  • AT CHECK-IN DEPOSIT: When checking in for Norwescon 48, the hotel will place a $50/night hold on your credit or debit card for incidentals. This hold will be released when you check out (assuming there are no necessary charges incurred), but please be sure to factor this charge into budgeting your weekend.
  • ACCESSIBILITY: If you need an accessible room (rather than a full ADA room), please make sure to check the “Accessible” box (located in the “Other Information” box on the “Personal Information” page after you have selected your room type). As there are accessible rooms located throughout the hotel, this option does not guarantee a tower room; please see the “Guestroom Upgrades” item in this section for information on reserving tower rooms.
  • PARKING: Norwescon’s group rate includes complimentary parking for one car per guestroom; additional cars are $22.18 ($20 plus tax) per space per day. Please note that your guestroom confirmation may note the hotel’s standard rate parking rate of $25/day; if you are booked at the Norwescon special group rate the hotel will adjust your parking at check in.
  • The hotel has a limited number of Double Queen rooms, so unless you need two beds, we request you reserve a Single King room.
  • March 15 will be the last day to reserve a room at the Norwescon rate; our room block will close March 16, 2026 (unless we sell out earlier).

Book Your Room

A non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s stay will be charged at reservation. Please see the ‘Guestroom Deposit’ item on this page for more information.

Mobile users: We have identified a small issue on the Hilton’s mobile site that may make it seem like the system is broken. It’s not! Just a less-than-ideal user experience. This should not affect desktop browser users.

Because our room block actually opens in March, when the date picker calendar loads, it starts in March. Unfortunately, clicking on the April dates in the calendar does not do anything. To switch to April so that you can pick your dates, please click on the small grey arrow above the calendar, just to the right of the word “March”. That will switch you to the April calendar and allow you to pick your dates.

Screenshot of the Hilton reservation calendar for March 2026. The April dates are highlighted in red and with a red 'no' symbol. The arrow above the calendar to switch to the April calendar is circled in green.

Thanks for understanding!
