Memberships
A Norwescon membership gives you access to all member areas of the convention. You will also be eligible to receive all associated convention publications before, during, and after the convention.
Norwescon 47 will be April 17–20, 2025, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport, in SeaTac, Washington!
Registration
Four-day adult membership
- $80 through July 31, 2024
- $95 from August 1–December 31, 2024
- $110 from January 1–April 16, 2025
- $125 during the convention, April 17–20, 2025
Single-day memberships
To be announced.
Youth membership
- $60 now through the convention weekend. For youth who will be 13–17 at the time of the convention.
Child membership
- Free for youth who will be 0–12 at the time of the convention.
Children (0–12, under 13 at the time of the convention) are free. Youth (13–17, under 18 at the time of the convention) memberships are $60. Parents/guardians must register first, then link accounts when entering the child or youth membership. The same email address may be used for multiple people; we encourage parents/guardians to use their email address when entering child or youth memberships.
A completed Minor Permission Slip (119 KB .pdf) is required for all persons under the age of 18.

Registration Quick Hints
If you already have a current membership account:
Click the “Register for NWC47 today!” button and log in with your username and password.
If you do not already have a membership account:
Click the “Register for NWC47 today!” button, select “Register New User”, and then create your account with your own unique username and password.
If you were registered for Norwescon 42 or earlier, but have not set up a username and password under our updated system launched in 2019 after NWC42:
Click the “Register for NWC47 today!” button and select “Click this link and log in with the old-style name lookup.” After looking yourself up and selecting “Register as [previous badge name],” you will be prompted to create a new username and password. You will then be able to update your personal information, select a new badge name if you like, and register for the current event year.
If you want to register additional household members, or purchase a membership for other people:
Each member (adult, youth, or child) must register individually, instead of purchasing multiple memberships from a single account. Parents with children, or anyone who wishes to purchase a membership for someone else, must separately create a membership account for that person.
Click the “Register for NWC47 today!” button and proceed through the registration process, including setting up a username and password. The username must be unique for each person needing a membership.
Parents/guardians must register first, then link their accounts to the child or youth membership.

Rules and Guidelines

The Norwescon 47 membership guide will be posted in the spring of 2025.
Transfers and Rollovers
Though our memberships are nonrefundable, if something unexpected happens, don’t worry! Did you purchase your Norwescon membership only to find out that a conflict came up and you won’t be able to attend? Well, we’ll miss you, but you can either transfer your membership to someone else, or simply roll your membership over to use next year. Just download the appropriate form, fill it out, and send it in to the address listed at the top of the form.
