The Norwescon room block has been sold out since early November — but if you missed out on staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport, this doesn’t mean you won’t be able to stay close to the convention! In addition to the already announced Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center, Norwescon has made arrangements with three other nearby hotels.
Norwescon wouldn’t be what it is today without all of you wonderful fans helping to spread the word — and trust us, that’s very appreciated! To that end, then…here’s this year’s flyer!
This year, the piece chosen is Artist Guest of Honor John Picacio’s “The 13th Reality”, the alternate cover illustration for The 13th Reality: The Journal of Curious Letters by James Dashner. Be sure to pick up your shirt at the t-shirt booth in the hotel lobby this April during Norwescon 35!
A change is coming in the way we reserve rooms for Norwescon. It is a significant change for our members but we believe it will help us make more convention rooms available for our members at the cheaper convention rate.
Norwescon 35 is pleased to offer our annual Guest of Honor Awards Banquet on April 5th, 2012, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in Grand Ballroom 2. This is a great way for our members to start off the convention by wining and dining with our Guests of Honor. Ticket and menu information can be found on the Banquet page.

We’ve just received an update from the Hilton Seattle Airport and Conference Center with some special incentives for Norwescon attendees!
As of yesterday morning, the Norwescon room block at the DoubleTree hotel is sold out. Never fear, however! We are in the process of working with other hotels in the area, and will be updating the hotel page with information as we receive it.

Still thinking about reserving a suite for parties or larger get-togethers during Norwescon 35? Don’t put it off for long! Suites are reserving fast — right now, all Lakeside and Presidential suites are _sold out_! Parlor and Family suites are still available.
The Norwescon Program Book is distributed to 3,000+ members during the convention each year. This approximately 75 page document is produced on high-gloss paper in color and black and white and features information about our Guests of Honor, panelists, pros, the programming schedule for the convention, artwork and more. Ad space is available in the Norwescon 35 Program Book.
As of November 1st, we are now accepting suite reservations for Norwescon 35!
