Chair: Shawn Marier

The Chairman is responsible for the planning and overall execution of the convention.

    Vice-Chair: Tracy Knoedler

    The Vice Chairman is responsible for the Site Selection Committee and fills in for the Chairman when necessary. If you have suggestions on where to hold future Norwescons, contact the Vice Chairman.

        Hotel Liaision: Jeanine Swanson
        hotels at norwescon.org
        The Hotel Liaision is responsible for hotel issues both before, and at the convention.


Business: Jayson Claar

The Business Director’s prepares and manages the Norwescon budget. Additionally the Business Director handles all business, legal, tax, and insurance matters.


Membership Services: Eric Weber

The Member Services Director is in charge of registering members of the convention and all static member services taking place at the convention.


Publications: Pat Booze
publications at norwescon.org
The Publications Director is responsible for all publications issued by the convention including, but not limited to, flyers, progress reports, pocket programs, and program books.


Convention Services: Cheryl Ferguson

The Convention Services Director is responsible for the on-site operation of the convention during the convention. Convention Services includes much of the tech functions of the convention as well as convention security and convention logistics.


Programming: Ali Grieve

The Program Director is responsible for the planning and execution of the Norwescon program, inviting guests, and allocating programming space.


Personnel: Sally Worhle
personnel at norwescon.org
The Personnel Director’s responsibilities include the Volunteer office and arranging social events for the volunteers. The Personnel Director maintains job descriptions of the various committee positions, communicates open committee positions as widely as possible, helps recruit for those positions, and provides information concerning training opportunities for committee members.
