The Executive Team Meeting may go into closed session when dealing with sensitive matters. In the event of a closed session, observers will be asked to leave the room during that discussion.

Departmental Meetings: 2-3 p.m.
General Meeting: 3-5 p.m.
Post-Meeting Social: 5:30 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Directions to the Hotel
From North or Southbound I-5, take Exit #152 "S. 188th Street/Orillia Road". Head toward International Boulevard (westbound). At International Boulevard turn right, heading north. The hotel will be on your right approximately 1/2 mile north, just before S. 176th St. Look on the activities boards inside the hotel for the meeting room location.
