Breakout meeting (departmental meetings) - 2:00pm-3:00pm
General ConCom Meeting - 3:00pm-5:00pm
Post Meeting Social - 5:30pm - 10:00pm or so

DIRECTIONS TO THE MEETING:
>From North or Southbound I-5, take Exit #152 "S. 188th Street/Orillia Road".
Head toward Pacific Highway South (westbound). The Hotel will be on your
right approximately 1 mile from the freeway (at the corner of Pac. Hwy. S.
and S. 188th St. There is parking in the front and back (NOTE there is a
discounted charge of $4.00 for parking). Look on the activities boards
inside the hotel for the meeting room location.

General Meeting Information:

All meetings are open to the public.

The Executive Team is the governing body of Norwescon, and meets at 11:30  AM.

Department break-out sessions are where each department gets together to discuss, plan, and share information. These meetings begin at 2:00 PM.  The full Convention Committee meeting begins at 3:00 PM and includes announcements, advisory votes, and updates from each department.
