Norwescon 24 is pleased to announce that Algis Budrys, a former
Norwescon GoH, will be attending the convention this year. Mr. Budrys
will be hosting a panel on the Writers of the Future on Friday at
2 PM in Evergreen 3. He will also be in the Autograph Party.
Rebecca Neason will be holding two writing workshops on Thursday
afternoon. The first workshop is from 3 - 5 PM in Olympic 3 and is
called "What I Wish Someone Had Told Me: Advice for New Writers."
The second workshop is for those people putting their work through
the convention critiques. It is entitled "After the Critique: Techniques
in Rewriting" and will also be held in Olympic 3 from 5 - 7 PM.

now available for download. You will need an Acrobat reader and the
file size is about a half meg in size.
Registration
Training
if
you're interested in volunteering for registration, but can't
make this event, we will be doing some training at the convention.
Please send e-mail to registration
to let us know you're interested, and we'll send you details about
training at the con once we know them.

The Norwescon
TV show airs EVERY Friday from 4:30PM to 5:30PM on Public Access
TV. In most places in King county this translates to channel
77 on your cable network (in a very few places it is still channel
29). Each show is 1 hour long, and is one of the panels from last
years convention.
