DoubleTree Hotel - "Norwescon Stuffing party: where the registration
packets get stuffed! Will be held the afternoon of April 16 at the hotel.
If you have fanish or SF-related fliers, buttons, or other suitable items
you'd like put into the packets, please show up at two pm. If you just
want to help out, show up at three. Remember, hours worked at the stuffing
party count towards volunteer hours worked at the con!"
Please note: people
attending meetings have to pay for their own parking and we receive a reduced
rate for parking during our meetings at the hotel.
