It’s almost time for this month’s ConCom meeting for NWC47!
Would you like to help plan, organize, and create the Pacific Northwest’s premier science-fiction and fantasy convention? Norwescon is always looking for volunteers, and our monthly Convention Committee planning meetings are a great way to get involved! Come pull back the curtain, meet the masterminds behind the event, and find out where your particular talents can be put to use!

It’s that time of year again! It’s time to plan the next Norwescon!
The holidays are here! Please save the date for our holiday party immediately following the ConCom meeting on Saturday, December 14th.
- 11 a.m.–1 p.m.: Department breakouts
- 1–1:15 p.m.: Executive meeting (all welcome)
- 1:15: ConCom meeting
- Immediately after: Staff photo!
- Immediately after that: Holiday party potluck at the hotel! Location details in staff email or at the meeting.

We will be providing heavy appetizers and non-alcoholic drinks.
Bring a dessert, appetizer, or beverage and anything special you want to drink or share.

White Elephant book exchange – bring a wrapped book or bookish item – tag it with genre for more fun.

This one is on you! Ugly sweaters and holiday hats always appreciated.

If you are joining us virtually and need to activate your camera or microphone during the meeting, we ask that you respect all of your fellow staff members and refrain from broadcasting inappropriate imagery, symbols, or language. If you need a neutral virtual background, a Norwescon background image is available on our website.
