Hotel reservations for Norwescon 47 are now open! Stay on-site at the DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport and be just moments away from everything going on (or, if you need a break, just moments away from a quiet room to relax in).
This year’s rate is $164/night for either a double queen or single king room in either the wings or the tower. One night’s rate plus tax will be charged within 90 days of making your reservation, with the balance charged after you check out. If you reserve your room but then find you are unable to attend, you will need to cancel your reservation by February 2, 2025 to receive a refund of the deposit. Reservations will be open through March 4, 2025, or until our room block is full, whichever comes first; reservations made starting March 5th will be at whatever the hotel’s regular rate is at that time.
If you would like to reserve a suite for a party or just to have some more space, the suite request form will be opened later this year.
