Registration
Registration for Norwescon 45 is now open! Memberships will be $85 for the full four-day weekend through December 31, 2022. The membership price will increase in 2023, so we recommend registering before the end of the year to get the best possible deal.
Art Show
Applications for the Norwescon 45 Art Show are now open! The Norwescon art show consistently highlights some of the best in fantasy and science-fiction themed artwork of all types. Featuring work by our artist guest of honor plus many regional artists, we delight in bringing the best possible artwork to you. Applications to the art show are juried, and art must comply with our genre rules. We accept art from both attending and mail-in artists. The Norwescon art show is one of the largest science fiction and fantasy convention art shows in the country.
Club Tables
Applications for club tables at Norwescon 45 are now open! Norwescon offers table space to clubs, groups, conventions, and organizations that promote science, science fiction, fantasy, costuming, and other fannish pursuits. This table space is an opportunity to share your enthusiasm with Norwescon members who have similar interests. Applications are reviewed, and selections are juried to ensure a balanced selection of interests. The priority deadline for club table requests is Jan. 10th, 2023. After the deadline, tables are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Dealers’ Room
Applications for the Dealers’ Room at Norwescon 45 are now open! The Norwescon Dealers’ Room is always packed full of merchants offering the finest in sci-fi and fantasy related goods. The Dealers’ Room/Writers’ Row at Norwescon is juried and Norwescon reserves the right to select dealers that we feel will be a good fit for the room. The deadline for Dealer applications is midnight, November 12th.
