With only 345 days to go before Norwescon 39 (but who’s counting, right?), hotel reservations at our host hotel, the DoubleTree by Hilton Seattle Airport, are now open!
A few notes to keep in mind:
- The guest room rate this year is $128 per night for up to four (4) people.
- Please double-check your check-in and check-out dates, as the system defaults to a Wednesday check-in and Sunday check-out.
- If you wish to confirm a guestroom in the tower, there is an additional fee of $20.00 per room per night.
- You will be charged one night’s room and tax within 5 business days of booking your room. This is refundable until Jan. 5th, 2016, in case you need to cancel your reservation.
- Norwescon’s group rate includes complimentary parking for one (1) car per guestroom; additional cars are $8.00 per day.
- Reservations for the Norwescon room block will close on February 23rd, 2016 (unless we sell out earlier).
